Heather Heights' licensed nurses help manage medications, including diabetic and Alzheimer’s/Dementia medication. You will never have to worry whether you are taking the right prescriptions at the right time of day, because we take care of all that for you!

• Working with your physician, our partner pharmacists evaluate drug interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Our nurses communicate with your physician and our partner pharmacists directly, arranging your medication purchases for you.
• Prescriptions are delivered to our residence and maintained by our nurses.
