  • Our trained department Managers are available to tour families and answer questions, even with short notice and during off hours
  • Our Administrator is accessible to you, your team and the patient’s family
  • Our staff can expedite and assist with admission paperwork. We can provide blank copies via fax, email or dropping off and picking up. We are at your fingertips for prompt communication.

Care at Heather Heights

We provide our residents with Assisted Living, Enhanced Care, Memory Care and Respite Care. Our
quality services are designed to enhance the lives of our residents and include fine dining with three
fresh meals every day, a 24/7 recreation calendar and 24/7 on-site nursing. Pricing is all-inclusive,
which means no upcharges for added services, and there are no admission fees.
